Read a Book
Read and re-read your child’s favorite books in any language your family speaks. If you do not have any books, you can create books together by writing down the words to stories you created together and working together to add illustrations.

An Egg is Quiet
Watch and listen to the read aloud, Growing Frogs by Vivian French, located HERE. Discuss the life cycle of a frog.  Children that are ready can draw the life cycle!

Continued Weekly Activity
Animal Babies:  Children can use recycled materials to create the animal babies that they are studying.  They can look at pictures found online to reference as they create. Children can also use recycled materials to create objects related to the animal babies such as food, homes, etc. Ask your child to tell you about their animal and add this as dictation to their project or invite them to add their own writing.  Please email a picture of any completed work to MrsGonzalezCOVID19@gmail.com !

Thank you to all the students and parents that have sent me pictures of the children's work!
